Jesus engaged the culture of his time through the power of stories. Pixar Films’ characters help us build our own character, with the kind of virtue that we want for ourselves and those around us. They contain a quality of reality to which we can relate. These films offer hope, imagination, beauty, and innocence that is countercultural.
